Data handling on this website, in plain terms.
There are no accounts, no logins and nothing personalised on this site, which leaves very little to collect. We install no analytics package, no ad pixels and no tracking scripts of our own. What does exist is the standard record our web host keeps for every website: your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and the browser and device string your software sends. Those logs are not used to profile you, and personal information is not sold.
Where the law provides it, and subject to its exceptions, you can ask what we hold and request access, correction or erasure. Your location may also give you rights to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, to withdrawing consent, and to complaining to your privacy regulator. Write to us via the Contact page and we will deal with it.
Click through to Chumba Casino or another operator and you leave us behind — their privacy policy governs everything from that point. We do not control what third parties collect, and we have no access to your account, deposits or verification documents with them.
Our readership is in Canada, and the site is published with that in mind. Where our processing falls within their scope, Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR apply. We do not claim that every regime applies to every visitor — that depends on where we operate and who we target, not simply on where you happen to be sitting.

Operator links here can carry a referral marker — that is the mechanism by which we are credited for a visit. We do not learn your name from it, but referral markers, click identifiers, IP addresses and similar technical data can still count as personal information under data-protection law, so we would rather say so plainly than claim otherwise.
We set no cookies of our own — no analytics, advertising or preference cookies. The security and delivery service in front of this site may set technical cookies that screen out malicious traffic and keep pages reachable. Nothing in that is advertising, and you can block cookies and still read every page.
Our contact form is not active — it sends nothing anywhere. Email us at one of the addresses listed on the Contact page and we keep the message and your address until the matter is settled. You are not signed up to anything by writing to us.
